Review for Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk 3 TB USB 3.0 External Hard Drive STAC3000102.This review is for the Seagate 4TB drive, which I mention because many reviews here are for other drives. The drive installed instantly on Windows 7, no issues. After writing files to it nonstop for over a day it is mildly warm, but nowhere near as hot as many smaller drives I've had in the past. The drive is not silent, but is pretty quiet. Perfectly fine for all but the most critical about noise.
